Our Product Warranty

MedCo Technology warrants all Reusable Fabric Products to be free and clear of manufacturing defects for two years. This warranty period begins 30 days from the date of acceptance. The warranty covers defects in construction, fabric or webbing wear, and thread wear.

This warranty does not apply if MedCo determines:

• The product suffered mechanical damage from misuse
• The product suffered mechanical damage from laundry equipment
• The product shows signs of being exposed to excessive heat
• The product has not been laundered within MedCo Technology laundry guidelines
• The product has been altered in any way

MedCo Technology warrants all Single Patient Use Fabric Products for 90 days from date of acceptance. This warranty period begins when the product is placed into service. Warranty does not apply if it is determined the product was laundered or exposed to harsh chemicals.

MedCo Technology warrants all Gantry Products to be free and clear of manufacturing defects for two years. This warranty period begins 30 days from the date of acceptance. The warranty covers defects in construction.  This warranty does not apply if the product has been used for any function other than repositioning, transferring, or ambulating a person who is at or below the motor’s rated weight capacity.  This warranty does not apply if the gantry has not been annually inspected using our annual inspection checklist.
