MedCo Technology Standard Seated Transfer Board

We are proud to offer two versions; Our Standard Seated Transfer Board has a curved shape and a weight capacity of 550 lb (250 kg). Our 24″ Seated Transfer Board has squared ends, a variety of hand grips, and a weight capacity of 330 lb (150 kg).

The MedCo Technology Standard Seated Transfer Board is designed to assist with surface to surface seated transfers. Its high-density polymer construction will not splinter or hold moisture, providing superior cleaning and infection control properties when compared to wooden products.

The Seated Transfer Board may be used with either curve forward or backward as needed to transfer around obstacles such as wheelchair wheels. Circular grip pads on the underside of the board help to maintain its position during transfers. The MedCo Technology Seated Transfer Board is designed only for use during seated transfers. It may be used with MedCo Technology Slide Sheets to protect delicate skin or wounds.

MedCo Technology 24″ Seated Transfer Board

The MedCo Technology 24” Seated Transfer Board is designed to assist with short surface to surface seated transfers. Its high-density polymer construction will not splinter or hold moisture, providing superior cleaning and infection control properties when compared to wooden products.

The dual handle shapes offer a wide variety of grip positions that can be used by patients or caregivers as needed to place or remove the board for seated transfers. Our MedCo Technology 24” Seated Transfer Board may be used with MedCo Technology Slide Sheets to protect delicate skin, wounds, or to help ease seated transfers.
